Dear Alan: I am writing to thank you for your assistance yesterday with the plotter. We really appreciate that you drove all the way out here the same day we called and fixed the problem. Being able to print a map by the end of the day was very important. Since the beginning of our account with you, we have experienced only one or town minor problems with the equipment we lease through you and they were quickly and easily resolved. Switching our wide format and regular copying needs to your firm three years ago was the best move I could have made. The integration into our network was seamless, and I have never have to worry about anything. I also like the fact that you are local and not an 800 number in a different country.
