Premium Digital Owners Van Seretis & Alan Schwartz were interviewed by ENX Magazine in the article “Talking Shop and Entrepreneurship with the Owners of Premium Digital” in which they discuss their recent award as a 2015 Elite Dealer by ENX. ENX Magazine reports on the office technology industry and annually selects top dealers from across the country.
In the Q&A, Van & Alan discuss the number of ways that separate Premium Digital from big box stores like Staples and Office Max, the first of which being their consistently personal service.
“We like to keep it as personal as we can so our customers feel part of our family once they award us the contract… Both Alan and I try to bring some fun into the client’s office by making them laugh and not only speak about business but also get to know as many people in their company as we can,” said Van.
