On Saturday New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy issued executive orders that mandates the closure of non-essential businesses due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). As a result of this announcement, Premium Digital is closed today. We are operating on facts and data, as they become available, and we are emphasizing the importance of following the guidelines and recommendations of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) for reducing the spread of COVID-19.
We want to ensure you that we are closely monitoring the situation and your service will not be interrupted. We have encouraged our employees to work from home, temporarily, until further notice.
Our service technicians will be dispatched if needed and while visiting our customers & partners facilities they have been informed about new sanitization protocols to help reduce the spread of this virus. This includes hand washing, latex glove use, post-service equipment sanitization and social distancing as referenced by the CDC. Additionally, because of the possible risks for all parties involved we are strongly encouraging our staff to either conduct all scheduled, non-essential meetings using virtual conferencing technology or to reschedule for a later date, if preferable.
