Remax Heritage Properties is a Residential Real Estate Brokerage serving Morris, Essex and Warren Counties in New Jersey. There are approximately 60 sales agent working out of 2 office locations, and each location has a large color copier. According the Melissa Robertiello, Operations Manager, all agent laptops are all connected to these printers, so as agents come in and out of the office, it is very easy for them to login, work, and access the various print funcationalities offered by the machines. The agents rely on these machines primarily to fax, print, scan and email. Remax Heritage Properties has been a client of Premium Digital Office Solutions for 4 years.
The relationship began as a referral to Remax from another PDOS client. Vice President of Sales for PDOS, John Guissebel, attended these initial meetings and has been the Remax Account Manager ever since, and that continuity of representation is very appreciated. From education on all of the functions of the copiers, to instruction on how to change toner cartridges, rare calls on service issues are frequently able to be fixed over the phone.
