I have been meaning to write for quite some time now, to thank and commend John Giessuebel for his tremendous assistance in change our copier to a Konica Minolta and our lease to Premium Digital Office Solutions! We had been dissatisfied with our old copier and the poor service we received for some time, but did not believe we could do anything about it because we were in the middle of a five year contract. John assured me that that would not be a problem. He explained how Premium Digital could buy out our existing lease, remove our old copier and replace it with a user friendly Konica Minolta, but the best part was that he promised better service is we did have a problem. He more than delivered on all of his promises! We have had that Konica Minolta for about a year and a half now. All of our teachers and staff are able to use it easily, but the best part of the whole deal is the service! When we have had to call, if we didn't understand something or if we had a problem, we call John and he immediately gets someone over here to fix the problem or instruct us on usage. I can't thank him enough! The teachers and staff are much happier these days!
