Field Service Technician

Job Description:

Premium Digital Office solution is a pioneer in providing Multi-function Copier solutions from small business organizations to the corporate world.

We are looking for Field Service Technicians preferably experience with copier field, preference to be given with Konica Minolta and Muratec machines.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs full range of on-site maintenance include technical diagnostics, installation, removal of copiers.
  • Perform setup new machines at warehouse as per the procedure defined.
  • Manages inventory and customer relationships, along with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follows proper call procedure while maintaining the minimum calls per day.
  • Shows technical abilities, troubleshooting techniques and responsibility.
  • Maintains up-to-date service manuals, part books and other service literature using the laptop.
  • Responsible for maintaining a car stock inventory
  • Maintains effective relationships with customer and fellow employees.
  • Must follow the policies and procedures of company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of High School diploma, preferred associate in network or industrial electronics, experience in copier field is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple and common network solutions.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Position requires use of personal car which is eligible for car maintenance allowance.
  • Must be able to travel on a daily basis to various customer sites.
  • Able to work independent at a customer site
  • Must work well with customers and shows professional appearance at all times.
